In light of recent voluntary departures from our ranks, where individuals at various levels within the MRF structure—activists, candidates, and even members of the National Assembly—aligned themselves with the Agrarian Coalition APS, thereby disregarding the mandate entrusted to them by MRF members who stand for the unity and integrity of our party, I, as the leader of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, am compelled to act in response to the will of our structures, activists, and nearly 300,000 supporters from across the country—Bulgarians, Turks, Pomaks, and Roma alike—who have placed their trust in us and who expect our party to be renewed and strengthened, free from any corrupt, treacherous, or derebey elements.

 

Accordingly, I am convening an Extraordinary National Conference of the MRF on December 22, 2024, at Hall 3 of the National Palace of Culture (NDK), Sofia.
